At 4 Pillars, I wanted to create a life-coaching practice grounded in evidence-based counselling principles. I combine reflective talking therapy with practical goal setting, supporting clients to explore how psychological, emotional, social, relational, and physical changes can positively influence overall wellbeing.

 

 

My approach helps individuals gain insight while also taking meaningful, achievable steps forward.  I offer a safe and supportive space where people can reflect on unhelpful patterns, restore balance, and work through feelings of being “stuck.”
